This Vi at La Jolla Village community event is designed to provide vital information\, resources\, and support to residents and their families as they plan for end-of-life matters with dignity and peace of mind.  \nFind us at our booth where our knowledgeable volunteers will answer your questions about advance care planning and end-of-life options available in California. \nAt End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA)\, we are deeply committed to empowering individuals and families with the knowledge and support needed during one of life’s most challenging transitions. Understanding that each journey is unique\, we offer personalized guidance to ensure that all Californians can approach the end of their lives with dignity\, autonomy\, and peace. We are here to ensure that every Californian has access to compassionate and dignified end-of-life care. \nThis is a private event for residents of Vi at La Jolla Village.
