End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) volunteer Rita Mason will answer those questions in a presentation covering advance care planning and essential planning documents\, including the Advance Health Care Directive\, Dementia Directive\, VSED Directive\, and POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment). \nThis session also addresses legal end-of-life options for terminally ill Californians.
