DESCRIPTION:End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) is a nonprofit organization that offers trained client volunteers to work with Californians who are seriously or terminally ill\, or those simply thinking ahead and planning for the future. \nWe are hosting a free 45-minute Zoom information session to hospice staff and volunteers\, as well as clinicians\, such as doctors\, nurses\, and social workers\, who care for terminally ill patients. Come learn about all of California’s legal end-of-life options and EOLCCA’s free services to help support your team and your patients!
