End of Life Choices California is a nonprofit organization that offers trained client volunteers to work with Californians who are seriously or terminally ill, or those simply thinking ahead and planning for the future.
We are hosting a free 30-minute Zoom information session to Hospice personnel specifically designed for you to learn how we can support your staff and patients.
EOLCCA’s free services include:
- – Explanation of all legal end-of-life choices in California
- – A phone support and resource line
- – Speakers for in-service presentations tailored to your specific needs
- – In person client support related to end-of-life choices
- – MAiD virtual bereavement groups
