Fairfax Public Library – Mindful Advance Care Planning

Judith Bishop, Volunteer with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will guide attendees through the importance of making end-of-life decisions in line with their values and wishes at any age. She will review the Advance Health Care Directive and other planning documents for a person’s support team (loved ones and healthcare professionals) to follow. Judith will also discuss legal end-of-life options in California, as well as the resources and support provided by EOLCCA. Her presentation will conclude with a Q&A period.
