Jack Has a Plan film poster

Living and dying with dignity is a shared value across faith traditions. As people of faith, we talk a lot about how to live well but not always about how to die well. We hope this program will help us do just that.

Join us for a special screening of the award-winning, 73-minute documentary, Jack Has a Plan followed by a panel discussion on MAID (Medical Aid iDying). MAID is a right extended to Californians through the End of Life Option Act of 2016.

In partnership with members of the interfaith community, Calvary and End of Life Choices CA offer you a unique opportunity to learn about and discuss end-of-life choices with people of different faith traditions.

There will be a reception and panel discussion following the film with: BK Sister Sukanya Ben, Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center, Robert Brody, MD, President, EOLCCA’s Board of Directors, Rev. Marcella Auld Glass, Pastor and Head of Staff, Calvary Presbyterian Church, Mark Greenberg, Executive Director, End of Life Choices CA, and Iftekar Hai, President, United Muslims of America Interfaith Alliance.
