Community Aging Resource Event (CARE) at Alexander Gardens Assisted Living

Check out End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) at Alexander Gardens Assisted Living’s Community Aging Resource Event (CARE) Wednesday, June 24th from 2-5 pm. Our volunteers will answer your questions and share information about advance care planning, legal end-of-life options including  California’s End of Life Option Act (also known as medical aid in dying), and the resources and support provided by EOLCCA at no cost.

CARE is a chance to experience the programs, activities, and community partnerships that help make the Alexander Garden’s community such a special place to call home. At the event, you will meet local organizations and service providers who work with them to support their residents in different ways. Booths will highlight a different area of well being, including physical health, nutrition, learning, creativity, social connection, purpose, spirituality, cultural engagement, and environmental awareness.

This is a private event for Alexander Gardens residents.
