End of Life Choices California’s Resources for Hospices and Clients

Susan Gess, Board member with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will inform social workers at By the Bay Health, Mission Hospice, and Hope Hospice about:

• How EOLCCA supports clients with information and resources to successfully navigate their legal end-of-life options
• How EOLCCA provides referrals to physicians who support medical aid in dying
• Voluntary stopping eating and drinking (VSED) as an end-of-life option for people suffering from dementia and other diagnoses who reside in facilities

This is a private in-service for social workers at By the Bay Health, Mission Hospice, and Hope Hospice.
