TopKare Hospice – EOLCCA’s Client Services for Hospice Providers

Shannon O’Shea, Volunteer with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will participate in a panel discussion for the team at TopKare Hospice.

• Dr. Donnie Moore, Eumoria Health – Will speak about his practice and his experience in working with patients considering medical aid in dying (MAID). He will also discuss the valuable role that hospice support has provided these patients and what he has found to be most helpful.
• Shannon O’Shea, EOLCCA Volunteer – Will discuss the VSED Directive and Dementia Directive in the context of advance care planning; compare and contrast palliative care and hospice care; and focus on  the resources and support provided by EOLCCA for TopKare Hospice and its clients.
• Dr. Brian Graham, TopKare Hospice Medical Director – Will address the importance of TopKare Hospice’s relationships with Dr. Moore and End of Life Choices California.
