Hospice of the Conejo – End of Life Options

Linda Rowe, Volunteer with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will discuss all legal end-of-life options, focusing on California’s End of Life Option Act (also known as medical aid in dying). She will also describe the resources and support provided by EOLCCA, all at no cost.
Registration is required to attend this free event. The number of attendees is being limited to 30 people so everyone has a chance to ask questions.
