A discussion of end-of-life options and the right to medical aid in dying in California.

Presenters: Reina Galanes and Linda Rowe, volunteers with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will present information on the legal end of life options in California, including stopping unwanted medical treatments, enrolling in hospice care, obtaining palliative care, and voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED). They will also talk about California’s End of Life Option Act, a law also known as Medical Aid in Dying (MAID).
