The Terraces of Los Altos

Topic: In this compassionate and candid Zoom discussion, gerontologist Sally Duplantier and pharmacist Susan Gess, volunteer and member of the Advisory Council of End of Life Choices California, will share advanced care planning documents and end-of-life medical care options. This will include a review of the End of Life Option Act also known as Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD), which has been in effect in California since 2016.

We will also share planning resources available through the non-profit, End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA). You will walk away with a better understanding of options to help you and your loved ones manage your care, comfort, and wishes at end-of-life.
