Susan Gess (Board Member) and Janet Piggins (Volunteer) with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will discuss the importance of sharing values and end-of-life wishes with loved ones; legal end-of-life options; and the resources and support provided by EOLCCA for hospice patients. This presentation will focus on voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED), California’s End of Life Option Act (also known as medical aid in dying), and options for patients with dementia.
This is a private in-service meeting for Bristol Hospice staff.
