Your Life. Your Death. Your Choice.

End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) is dedicated to helping Californians understand and exercise their legal end-of-life options. In this presentation, EOLCCA volunteers Gloria Gluskin and Sue Gess will walk attendees through the options available to terminally ill Californians — including California’s End of Life Option Act (EOLOA), also known as medical aid in dying (MAiD), and voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED). The presentation also covers advance care planning and the key documents that support it: the Advance Health Care Directive, Dementia Directive, VSED Directive, and POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment).
