Advance Care Planning 101

Joyce Mayne, Board Member  and volunteer with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will lead a presentation on the importance of advance care planning and why putting your wishes in writing before a health crisis is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself and your loved ones. The session walks attendees through key planning documents, including the Advance Health Care Directive, Dementia Directive, VSED Directive, and POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment), with practical guidance on how and when to use each one.
