Be Prepared: Planning for End of Life

Join the Torrance Public Library and End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) in this free, virtual presentation on Zoom. 

EOLCCA volunteer, Donna Neumark, will walk attendees through the options available to terminally ill Californians — including California’s End of Life Option Act (EOLOA), also known as medical aid in dying (MAiD), and voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED). The presentation also covers advance care planning and the key documents that support it: the Advance Health Care Directive, Dementia Directive, VSED Directive, and POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment).
