Linda Rowe, volunteer with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will lead a presentation designed for home care providers and other end-of-life care professionals. The session provides a comprehensive review of California’s End of Life Option Act (EOLOA) — also known as medical aid in dying (MAiD) — from both a legal and clinical support perspective, equipping care teams with the knowledge they need to guide patients and families through the law’s eligibility criteria, request process, and patient experience.

EOLCCA serves as an unbiased resource for end-of-life professionals and their clients, offering education and support across the full range of legal end-of-life options in California. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their role in supporting patient autonomy and the free resources and support EOLCCA provides to staff and patients alike.

This presentation is exclusive to Care Partners At Home staff. To request an in-service presentation for your workplace, email speaker@endoflifechoicesca.org
