A panel of experts will present information on the options and resources to help you make informed end of life choices and find the available support and guidance to plan for the care and treatment you want.
Following brief introductions by Vi Janssen, Chair of Heath Care Services and Dan Keatinge, palliative care physician, the panel will include:
- Mark Greenberg, Executive Director, End of Life Choices California
- Arnetta Robinson, representing Hoag Hospice services
- Rev. Linda Wirt, Covington Chaplain
- Linda Johnson, RN Care Coordinator Manager
