Cogir of Sonoma – Advance Care Planning & End of Life Choices

Mary Abbott and Willow Taraja, volunteers with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will discuss the importance of sharing your values and end-of-life wishes with loved ones; legal end-of life options; and the resources and support provided by EOLCCA. Legal end-of-life options include stopping unwanted medical treatment; palliative care; hospice care; voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED); and California’s End of Life Option Act (also known as medical aid in dying).
This is a private event for residents of Cogir of Sonoma.
