Marin Parkinson’s Support Groups – Advance Care Planning & End-of-Life Options

Reina Galanes (Board member) and Gloria Gluskin (Volunteer) with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA), will discuss the importance of sharing your end-of-life wishes with loved ones and provide an overview of legal end-of-life options. These options include stopping unwanted medical treatment; palliative care; hospice care; voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED); and, California’s End of Life Option Act (also known as medical aid in dying). They will also discuss the resources and support offered by EOLCCA, all at no cost.

This presentation will be delivered to the Parkinson’s Patient Support Group in Room 2/3 L at 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and to the Care Partners Support Group in Room 2/4 L at 12:00-1:00 PM.
