Rossmoor LGBTQ Health Fair

End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) is participating in the Health and Wellness Fair at Rossmoor living community on Monday, April 27th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. EOLCCA will share information about advance care planning; legal end-of-life options (including medical aid in dying); and the resources and support provided to Rossmoor community residents at no charge.
This event is open to the residents of Rossmoor living community in Walnut Creek.
