The Forum at Rancho San Antonio Health Fair

End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) is participating in the Health and Wellness Fair at The Forum at Rancho San Antonio on August 15th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will share information about advance care planning; legal end-of-life options (including medical aid in dying); and the resources and support provided to community residents at no charge.
