We invite you to a free screening of the 2022 multiple award-winning documentary Jack Has a Plan. The film tells the true story of Jack Tuller, a man with a terminal brain tumor for 25 years, who decides to end his life as his family and friends struggle to accept his decision. There will be a panel discussion following the film by a knowledgeable panel: Donald Moore, MD, Eumoria Health, Lynne Calkins, CRNP, End of Life Choices California, and Janet Hager, PT, Hemlock Society of San Diego.
