San Dieguito United Methodist Church hosts discussion about end of life options

Discussion Forum in the Chapel:

Guest Speaker, Lynne Calkins, CRNP and founding board member of End of Life Choices California, will provide information and resources about end of life options available to Californians. She will also discuss the California End of Life Option Act which authorizes medical aid in dying for qualifying terminally-ill individuals interested in the peaceful option it affords. Also she will address the value of advance care planning. Helping your loved ones understand your own values pertaining to your end-of-life wishes can be a wonderful gift to all those who love you.
