Sonoma County Lesbian Reunion

End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) is participating in the Sonoma County Lesbian Reunion in Sebastopol, CA on Saturday, May 2nd. EOLCCA will share information about advance care planning; legal end-of-life options (including medical aid in dying); and the resources and support provided to Sonoma County residents by EOLCCA at no charge.
This is a private event open to members of the Sonoma County Lesbian Reunion.
