Topic:  Discussion will include how to advocate for your end of life wishes, all “End of Life” options in California including the new California Medical Aid in Dying Law, the importance of advance care directives and health care proxy, how to communicate your wishes to your physician and family.

Advocacy and methods to understand your options and how to explore what’s best for you will be discussed, including understanding and choosing hospice, or palliative care service and explaining your decisions to family and caregivers.
