Tuesday, September 12th, 7 PM at The New Parkway Theater, Oakland CA

Join us for a screening of JACK HAS A PLAN, an award-winning documentary about Jack Tuller, a man with a terminal brain tumor for 25 years who decides to end his life, as his family and friends struggle to accept his decision. Jack’s best friend documents his three-year quest to die a happy man, culminating in a permanent going-away party.  Click to watch a  trailer for the documentary

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion, moderated by Isabella Miller, Program Director, Berkeley Film Foundation; and will include Brad Berman, the director of the film; Stewart Florsheim, VP, Board of Directors, End of Life Choices California; and Susan Gess, PharmD, Retired Clinical Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente and member of the Advisory Council, End of Life Choices California.
